Class Outlines

Upper Body Strength

Classes include technique and strength based work in a station style setup - made up of pressing, pulling and other upper limb activities.

Lower Body Strength

Designed to build muscle and develop functional strength. These classes include technique, strength and power-based activity made up of squatting, deadlifting and other lower limb activities including accessory movements.

Full Body Strength

Designed to build muscle and develop functional strength for your whole body!

Stabilise

Designed to improve strength, mobility, balance and control. These classes target ab’s and core - tightening through your mid-section. Expect a combination of body weight movements, cardio and plyometrics.

Boxing

Designed to improve speed and increase your overall work capacity. These classes include technique, core and bag work. Expect a combination of body weight movements, partner and circuit-based work.

Cardio

These classes are a cardio intensive 45-minute workout designed to push your work capacity and VO2 Max.

Full Body Endurance

Designed to improve endurance, speed and VO2 Max focusing on intensity. These classes use high reps, low weights and minimal rest. Expect interval work on the air dyne, ski-ergo, rower or running.

Yoga

Gentle movement and breathing. Excellent for:
Stress management
Mindfulness
Improved self-awareness
Improved mobility
Improved body awareness
Improved strength and flexibility
Injury prevention

Booty Burn

Pilates based class targeted at strengthening your glutes and is designed to build and tone your booty!
*40 minute duration

Core Con

Core Con is a Pilates based class targeted at strengthening your abs and core control and is designed to tone your mid section! *40 minute

Mum’s Guns

 
These classes are run by one of our Physiotherapists and are for NEW mum’s or pregnant women who want to learn how to exercise using body weight, light weights and cardio equipment in a safe manner throughout or post pregnancy!  Babies and strollers are welcome in this class.

>65 Cardio & Conditioning

These classes are run by one of our Physiotherapists and are for older adults who want to develop strength and improve their balance, learning how to exercise using body weight, light weights and cardio equipment in a safe manner.

We also have a FREE creche Monday – Friday from 930-1030am, you do not have to reserve a spot for creche. However, please book into class! Thank-you.
