Class Outlines

Upper Body Strength

Classes include technique and strength based work in a station style setup - made up of pressing, pulling and other upper limb activities.

Lower Body Strength

Classes include technique and strength based work in a station style setup - made up of squatting, dead lifting and other lower limb activities.

Strength – Cardio

A great whole body work out, where two programs are offered for the morning either focusing on either strength or cardio! You get to choose.

Stabilise

Using a station style set up these classes focus on your abs, core and tightening through your mid-section. Expect a combination of body weight movements, cardio and plyometrics.

 

Full Body Endurance

Designed to improve endurance. These classes are self paced and use high reps, low weights and minimal rest. Expect some interval work!

Silver Strength *Physiotherapy Class

These classes are run by one of our Physiotherapists and are for older adults who want to develop strength and improve their balance, learning how to exercise using body weight, light weights and cardio equipment in a safe manner.
