  • Faster recovery from injury
  • Overall well-being

Where to begin: The 40-minute Group Rehabilitation Assessment

The assessment ensures that you are familiar with the equipment and allows the Physiotherapy team to create your individual program. We encourage all new clients to do the assessment. The assessment starts with three parts:

  1. Physical assessment: Your Physiotherapist will take a detailed medical history before assessing your movement patterns, mobility and flexibility.
  2. Goal setting: discussing your goals, what you would like to focus on, and making a plan as to whether you would like to continue 1:1 or integrate into small groups.
  3. Exercise assessment: Moving to the Pilates room, you will be assessed looking at different positions and using the different equipment!
