So today I’d like to talk to you about shoulders. If you ever had strong pain, the kind that’s started at the front and has lingered around for ages, come in for some hands on treatment to release through the underside of your shoulder blade. It can really help you improve the range through your shoulder and reduce your pain.
Another might be dry needling which might push you to the right direction.
And then come in for some general advice in what to do and what to avoid exercise-wise.
So If you need simple tip is: Just changing the range of something you’re going into for something like dips. So you still want to get strength through the shoulder and get the benefits of working the muscles around your shoulder, but just try not to do it in an irritating range.
