The 7 Day Challenge: Chest

 

Hi, Angus here, Head Trainer 4Lane

We’re going to do the 7 day challenge again.

We’re going to do the chest, so were doing lots of push ups.

So we have normal push ups, arms wide and up down chest.

The next one is incline push ups. Say you find something there at the house. It could be your coffee table or your dining table. Feet will be on the ground, wide over the butt up and down

So if this is too hard, drop to your knees and continue the push ups. 

The decline push up. You can find anything in your house, it can be a box like this . . . put your feet up and go on normally.
