Rob is an experienced registered Physiotherapist with over 11 years of clinical experience working as a Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologist in both Sydney and Perth. He graduated university with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from Curtin University and double Bachelor degrees in Exercise and Sports Science and Exercise Science and Rehabilitation (exercise physiology).  

He has been an employee of 4Lane Physiotherapy since moving from Perth back in 2019 and an owner of 4Lane since 2023.

His approach to treating his patients is simple; help reduce discomfort and pain, and then improve function and movement through treatment, education and exercise. Rob is passionate about giving people the tools to better manage and overcome their injuries, and treating the cause of the injury, not just the symptoms. 

Rob uses many treatment modalities and has a focal interest in providing exercise rehabilitation for numerous injuries and health issues. He has a passion for educating his clients on body awareness, biomechanics, load tolerances, strength and conditioning and optimising performance through these key areas.

He also has a keen interest in treating shoulder and hip injuries, having completed many post graduate courses in advanced shoulder and hip treatment and rehabilitation and also coming from a competitive swimming and football background, dealing with multiple shoulder and hip injuries himself. He has worked closely with athletes in many sports such as swimming, AFL, MMA, power lifting and netball however most of his time is spent working with members of the community. 

When he is not working or spending time with his wife and two young daughters, Rob enjoys swimming laps, surfing, playing AFL football, running and strength training.

Jordan is originally from San Francisco, California and completed her Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney and Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, Pre-Physical Therapy from San Diego State University. Jordan was drawn to Western Australia’s beautiful beaches, lovely people, and active outdoor lifestyle. Jordan moved to Dunsborough in 2020 and has been working at 4Lane Physiotherapy ever since. Jordan loves living a healthy, active lifestyle and enjoys running, weight lifting, Pilates, bush walking, and surfing. 

Jordan has 5 years of experience working in orthopaedic private practice and treating a wide array of musculoskeletal conditions. She also works part time at Busselton Hospital, working on the surgical and orthopaedic ward to facilitate early movement in post-operative, orthopaedic patients to optimise patient recovery. Her primary area of expertise is acute, subacute, and chronic management of musculoskeletal conditions. Her knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions stems from working across private and publics sectors, and she is therefore able to adapt her management style to meet the needs of the patient.

She is also experienced in delivering evidence-based treatment, education, and reassurance for Women’s Health clientele and runs a Mums and Bubs group rehabilitation class every week at 4Lane Physiotherapy.

Physiotherapist

Derek is a dual citizen of both Australia and Canada and has spent his life split between two countries. He may sound Canadian, but he’s just as Australian at heart! He completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy at Curtin University and has since had experience working in private practice and aged care in Perth. While in private practice, Derek was able to gain immense knowledge in holistic treatment methods for physiotherapy, as well as clinical pilates to compliment this treatment method.

In their free time, Derek and his wife enjoy mountain biking, surfing, playing hockey and rollerblading. Derek’s enthusiasm for activity is infectious and his passion encourages everyone to keep active!

Physiotherapist

Loire completed her bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy at Curtin University and has had experience as a physiotherapist within the hospital setting, working with geriatric and orthopaedic patient populations undergoing rehabilitation. Loire’s recent move to Dunsborough was sparked by her love of the South West and its friendly, vibrant community.

Loire has a passion for musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy and believes in taking an evidence-based approach in order to provide holistic care.  She makes sure to individualise her practice to each client by taking the time to get to know them and understand their concerns. Loire uses a mixture of education, exercise therapy and manual modalities to help each client accomplish their health goals and achieve an improved quality of life.

Loire is especially interested in the benefits of clinical Pilates and believes it to be a fantastic tool for pain management, injury prevention and rehabilitation. 

Outside her time in the clinic, Loire loves to explore the beautiful South West and the gorgeous scenery it has to offer, including its beaches and hiking trails. Loire is passionate about incorporating movement and fitness into her daily life and enjoys reformer Pilates, running, volleyball and netball. To unwind, you will often find her with a great book in her hands!

 

Belle Turner Physiotherapist

Belle Turner

Physiotherapist

Belle completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Canberra, taking a keen interest in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. 

She believes in goal orientated injury and pain management, through education, exercise prescription and manual therapies to assist her clients on the road to recovery. She’s also very interested in other methods of healing such as yoga, breath work and meditation – where she runs a Blend for Wellness class combining all aspects each week.

Belle’s special interests in physiotherapy revolve around the treatment of vertigo, neck pain/headaches, chronic pain, and pre/post-operative rehabilitation. 

Outside of work, Belle spends her time living out of her backpack and traveling overseas. When in Aus, she enjoys CrossFit, going to the beach and submerging herself in nature.

Jamie has a wealth of experience in healthcare management and a commitment to proving exceptional care to our community. He has a keen interest in surfing, footy and craft beer but now spends most of his spare time watching his sport-loving daughter from the sidelines.

With his days of seeing patients now behind him, Jamie brings a fresh perspective to our clinic as manager and co-owner, ensuring that your experience with us continues to be positive and enriching.

Jamie is the friendly face behind the desk ensuring that your experience with our clinic is seamless from start to finish. Her attention to detail and warm demeanour make no query too difficult and scheduling appointments a breeze.

The second Jamie of our management team (not confusing at all!), when this Jamie is not behind the desk at 4Lane you will find her socialising with friends, in the kitchen cooking and baking, or spending time going on adventures in the beautiful southwest with her partner Mat.
