Rob is an experienced Physiotherapist and qualified Exercise Physiologist with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from Curtin University and double Bachelor degrees in Exercise and Sports Science and Exercise Science and Rehabilitation, as well as being a qualified Personal Trainer. With many years of clinical experience working in both Perth and Sydney, Rob is skilled in many speciality areas including dry needling and Pilates. He has also worked closely with athletes in sports such as swimming, AFL, MMA, power lifting and soccer.
Rob’s focal interest is in designing personalised rehabilitation and conditioning programs for numerous injuries and health issues, and he has a passion for educating his clients on body awareness, biomechanics, strength and conditioning and optimising performance through these key areas. He also has a keen interest in treating shoulder injuries, having completed courses in advanced athletic shoulder rehabilitation and also coming from a competitive swimming background and dealing with multiple shoulder injuries himself.
Rob enjoys swimming laps, surfing, running and strength training in his free time, and has recently relocated from Perth to the beautiful south west with his wife and young daughter to enjoy the great beaches and outdoor lifestyle the region has to offer.
Jordan is originally from San Francisco, California and completed her Masters Degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney. Jordan did her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, Pre-Physical Therapy from San Diego State University. Jordan was drawn to Australia’s beautiful beaches, lovely people, and active outdoor lifestyle. Jordan moved to Dunsborough in 2020! Jordan loves living a healthy, active lifestyle and enjoy running, Pilates, Barre, Biking, and Yoga. Jordan has experience working in orthopedic private practice and within the public hospital setting, Neurological rehabilitation, acute inpatient care and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Jordan believe’s movement is medicine and one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves.
Loulou is a qualified Physiotherapist and graduated from Curtin University. Loulou has worked doing pre and post-natal Physiotherapy and Pilates in Perth, Esperance, Torquay and on the Gold Coast! Loulou completed her Women’s Health Physiotherapy course run in Syndey in 2018 by the Women’s Health Training Associates. As a Physiotherapist in both the Hospital and private practice environment, Loulou has provided injury diagnosis, rehabilitation and prevention using evidence-based practices including clinical Pilates and dry needling. Loulou is a Perth girl, who loves the beach and often came to Dunsborough as a kid on family holidays. Loulou also has a Business Degree and co-founded the clinic with her husband Angus in 2018.
Sara is a very proud mother of 2, Claudia (26) & James (24). Growing up in a tight knit, healthy and active family herself she competed at a National level for swimming and was a Triathlete throughout her school years.
Sara’s health & fitness commitments have helped me get through some very challenging times including Breast cancer at 25 years. Sara became a Personal trainer in 2013 and gets great satisfaction in helping clients to progress and achieve goals in their health and fitness journeys throughout various settings including boot camps, commercial gyms, YMCA run centres and F45 group training studios.
Sara believes that moving the body, in combination with a nourishing lifestyle – mentally as well as dietary – are the best gift you can give yourself and your family. “I am so incredibly passionate about sharing these benefits along with assisting people to train with confidence & to push themselves beyond their perceived capabilities.” Sara has also competed in a body building competitions and won, in 2014!
Angus is a country boy who grew up on a beef farm on King Island, off the coast of Tasmania. Angus is a certified Personal Trainer and previously played AFL for 9 years for Richmond and the Adelaide Crows. Angus is passionate about Health and fitness and has an in depth and personal knowledge of high-level performance training. Angus and his wife, Loulou co-founded 4Lane Physiotherapy together in 2018.
