At 4Lane Physiotherapy we have a passion for maximising function, helping people and exercise. We also know people like trying new avenues towards fun, fitness and function which is why we’ve combined Physiotherapy, group fitness, Pilates and Yoga, for your convenience, in one place.

Our mission is to deliver:

The Team

Loulou Negoescu


B.Sc. Physiotherapy

Loulou is a qualified Physiotherapist and graduated from Curtin University. Loulou is also a Clinical Pilates and Yoga Instructor. As a Physiotherapist in both the Hospital and private practice environment, Loulou has provided injury diagnosis, rehabilitation and prevention using evidence-based practices including clinical Pilates and dry needling with sports experience. These included: Nutrigrain Surf Iron Man series, AFL, beach volleyball and Hockey. Loulou has worked doing pre and post-natal in Esperance, Torquay and on the Gold Coast! Loulou completed her Women’s Health Physiotherapy course run in Syndey earlier this year by the Women’S Health Training Associates. Loulou is a Perth girl, who loves the beach and often came to Dunsborough as a kid on family holidays and has been swept away by the South West’s beauty. Loulou also has a Bachelor of Arts Management (Business) Degree from the W.A Academy of Performing Arts.

Rob Barker


Rob is an experienced Physiotherapist and qualified Exercise Physiologist with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from Curtin University and double Bachelor degrees in Exercise and Sports Science and Exercise Science and Rehabilitation, as well as being a qualified Personal Trainer. With many years of clinical experience working in both Perth and Sydney, Rob is skilled in many speciality areas including dry needling and Pilates. He has also worked closely with athletes in sports such as swimming, AFL, MMA, power lifting and soccer.  

Rob’s focal interest is in designing personalised rehabilitation and conditioning programs for numerous injuries and health issues, and he has a passion for educating his clients on body awareness, biomechanics, strength and conditioning and optimising performance through these key areas. He also has a keen interest in treating shoulder injuries, having completed courses in advanced athletic shoulder rehabilitation and also coming from a competitive swimming background and dealing with multiple shoulder injuries himself.

Rob enjoys swimming laps, surfing, running and strength training in his free time, and has recently relocated from Perth to the beautiful south west with his wife and young daughter to enjoy the great beaches and outdoor lifestyle the region has to offer.  

Vanessa Wood

“My vision as a Trainer is to promote body movement & to put the focus on feeling better, exercising for longevity & injury prevention. I absolutely love that everybody has a different starting point and no two goals can be exactly the same, it’s pretty bloody awesome that I am able to learn professionally & be challenged each day!’

From a very young age Vanessa always led a very active lifestyle. It started with Ballet. Vanessa then got a little older and decided to take up swimming. Competing at a National level for over five years, and then added a bike and some running shoes; enter triathlon Vanessa! Four years ago Vanessa started functional training and decided to lift some heavier weights and it’s safe to say she found a different passion. Still an avid swimmer, cyclist &  runner. Vanessa is aiming to do a half iron-man at the end of the year. However now accompanied with resistance & strength programming she is able to maintain endurance a whole lot longer! (with no more sore knees, or lower back pain) YAY!

Lyn Doyle

Accounts and Administration

Lyn used to live in Geraldton and then moved to Perth in 2001. Lyn previously worked as an Executive Assistant for WA Police. Lyn loves health and fitness, reading, walks and spending time with family and friends. Lyn moved to Dunsborough to be closer to family, and her grandchildren and has enjoyed being a part of the Dunsborough community. Lyn also loves coffee and chocolate!

Angus Graham

Founder & Co-Owner

Angus is a country boy who grew up on a beef farm on King Island, off the coast of Tasmania. Angus is a certified Personal Trainer and previously played AFL for 9 years for Richmond and the Adelaide Crows. Angus is passionate about Health and fitness and has an in depth and personal knowledge of high-level performance training. Angus and his wife, Loulou co-founded 4Lane Physiotherapy together in 2018.
